99 Bridge St.

P Phoenix Crossing is the current name for the project at 99 Bridge St, Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. It includes the office building and municipal parking lot at the former Customers Bank corporate office, located along the banks of the French Creek and Schuylkill River Trail. The former office will be redeveloped into 23 apartments with a first floor commercial/retail space. After purchasing, the new owner plans to renovate, then manage the building of rental units.

Phoenixville Borough is home to another residential development negotiated by WL Capital, Steelpointe, as part of the area’s redevelopment boom. The downtown area has been flourishing, seeing new restaurants, boutique shopping, and markets pop up in recent years.
