Over the years, we have built an extensive network and we heard from both sides that there is an unmet need to match developer’s capital needs with investor diversification goals, so we stepped in, and WL Capital Partners was born.

Brian Whittaker is an accomplished and determined leader in the world of finance and real estate. With a career spanning various industries, Brian’s combination of expertise positions him to help clients achieve results.

Before creating WL Capital Partners, Brian spent over 10 combined years as VP of Finance at Rockwell Development Group and Saxbys, where he made a significant impact in driving the company’s financial growth and success. 

In his current role as President of WL Capital Partners, Brian leverages his extensive knowledge and experience in finance and real estate to help clients achieve their financial needs and goals. Under his guidance, WL Capital has solidified its position as a trusted partner for developers and investors alike with an unwavering commitment to client satisfaction.

Greg Lingo

Greg Lingo is a 30+ year veteran of the home building and real estate development industry, working in both the public and private sectors. His considerable background is paired with a reputation for integrity and excellence.

Prior to joining WL Capital Partners, Greg Lingo created the Rockwell Development Group, which has developed over 1000 homes since its inception. Mr. Lingo was founder of Cornell Homes and Market Manager for NVR Inc.

As an involved “hands-on” operator, Mr. Lingo has substantial experience in ethical management and leadership of the day to day activities of his businesses. He has started over 75 different companies in the fields of real estate, mortgage services, custom renovations, title insurance, property management and film production. He possesses significant knowledge of the Philadelphia market and has a solid network of relationships in the mid-Atlantic region and nationwide.

As an involved “hands-on” operator, Mr. Lingo has substantial experience in ethical management and leadership of the day to day activities of his home building business.
