Steelpointe

SSteelpointe is a residential development just along the banks of the French Creek in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. Rockwell Custom, through affiliate French Creek TH, LP, is the owner of the new townhome development sections. The scope of the project covers the redevelopment of the former Phoenix Steel Plant, lot improvements, and construction of 164 townhomes. Also approved are 146 stacked townhomes lots and a 240-unit apartment complex which are being sold to a national builder and an apartment developer.

Phoenixville Borough has been going through a redevelopment boom, adding restaurants and shopping to its downtown area. Steelpointe is within walkable distance of downtown Phoenixville, giving future residents close access to abundant markets, boutiques, and other local community spaces. With its proximity to major commuter routes and employment centers, the neighborhood is a haven for young, first-time buyers.
